2021 Cost of Living Adjustment

Planning for next year has been especially difficult as we have encountered increased expenses and vacancies in 2020. For the first half of 2021 we expect more challenges until our staff and elders are all vaccinated against  COVID. By mid-year we are hopeful this situation will improve. Until then, our goal is to keep our team employed, maintain their benefits and provide job security.

 

With this in mind, we have made plans for a total of 2% in pay increases for 2021.  As of the first pay period in January, Episcopal Homes will provide a 1% cost of living adjustment. Then, based on good performance, we will provide another 1% pay increase on your anniversary hire date.  

 

We deeply value and appreciate all members of our Episcopal Homes family and our goal is to continue to be a place of meaningful, good and dependable jobs. Thank you for enriching life and building community with older adults.
