Victory Vaccine over COVID-19

Hope was brought to campus recently with the vaccination of Gardens and Episcopal Church Home residents and staff. Thank you to the staff and pharmacists who helped make the day smooth and easy for all. Don’t forget to come back for your second dose on your designated day. We strongly endorse the vaccine, encouraging 100% participation. Keep in mind, being vaccinated still means you must wear your mask and physical distance to protect yourself and others. A Frequently Asked Questions document is available on the employee website, www.employees.episcopalhomes.org/covid, to help answer any questions you might have. Gift bags will be given to those who take the vaccine.

It’s also encouraged to register for V-Safe, an after-vaccination health checker, to help the CDC learn about any symptoms you might have and to keep the COVID-19 vaccines safe for everyone. You can learn more at www.vsafe.cdc.gov.

Kings Crossing will receive vaccinations on Jan. 15, Carty Heights on Jan. 17, and Iris Park Commons on Jan. 25. Information on when remaining staff and residents can be vaccinated will be shared when we know more.
