Welcome and congratulations to our new Lead Shahbaz 

The Gardens recently started the Lead Shahbaz program to help support the needs of elders and employees within each house. Lead Shahbaz have been identified as high performing employees who are committed to improving quality of care and building positive relationships amongst elders and staff. They educate and train new and existing employees by sharing knowledge, experience and ensuring familiarity with each unique house routine.  Lead Shahbaz must have at least one year of experience at Episcopal  Homes having consistent attendance, attitude and performance. This position is considered a promotion and comes with an increase in pay.
