Enrollment for Benefits

Starting on Monday, Nov. 16 and going through Friday, Nov. 27

 

Open Enrollment is the time you get to make your benefit elections for the upcoming year.

 

After years of no increase or minimal increase to our health insurance, we did have a an increase in our premiums this year. Episcopal Homes will share this cost increase with the employee cost. For employee only, the increase ranges from $5.11 to $15.87 per paycheck, depending on the plan you choose. For employee plus one, the increase ranges from $26.76 to $52.34 per paycheck, and family plans increase from $33.48 to $65.47 per paycheck. See attached benefits guide for more details. 

 

As most things, this year will be a bit different in terms of enrolling. As a full time staff member, you will have 3 options for Open Enrollment this year. Please note that ONE of these three options must be completed by ALL full time staff members.

 

Options:

  1. Complete and sign a Waiver form if you do not need to elect any benefits for 2021.

  2. Complete and sign a Passive Enrollment form if you would like to keep all your benefit elections the same as they were in 2020. *Please note that there was a slight increase in medical premiums. All other benefit premiums remain the same*

  3. Schedule a 1-1 Meeting with Human Resources to discuss your options. Meetings will be held virtually, via Zoom. SIGN UPS ARE LOCATED AT THE FRONT DESKS.

These forms, along with the 2021 benefits summary, are attached in the email sent by HR. If you are simply signing one of the forms, please feel free to scan it back to HR.
