One Year of Supporting Resident Health

Today (2/17) is Ash Wednesday and the Spiritual Life team will be doing an Ash Wednesday service in Leigh Chapel at 10:00. After the service, they are sending out six team members to impose ashes on residents and staff throughout the building at different times. Rev. Phil Rose will also be going to Kings Crossing and Carty Heights.

 

In addition, they have built a prayer wall that will live in Leigh Chapel and for the next six weeks, people are invited to write a word or phrase that represents their prayer on a ribbon and the chaplains will weave them into the prayer wall. It is quite the operation and we have assembled 25 stations that will be around campus.
