Wage increases coming in January

Beginning the first payroll in January, Episcopal Homes will increase staff wages by 3%. “In addition to there being no increase in employee insurance costs for a second year, we are pleased to provide a three percent cost of living increase to our employees in 2020,” said Steve Mork, Chief Operating Officer. “The 3% increase is important to our staff and keeps us on track to as we strive to offer excellent wages and benefits. In addition we will continue to honor length of service through a one percent increase on employee anniversary dates.”
